HTV: The record date for shareholder list
HoSE announces the record date for shareholder list as follows:

Ex-right date: November 2nd 2007
Record date: November 6th 2007
Purpose:
1. Dividend payment in advance in cash for the first time 2007:
Pay-out ratio: 6%/par value (VND600/share)
Payable: December 13th 2007
2. Issue to existing shareholders:
Apportion ratio: 1:1 (shareholder who owns 1 share will have 1 right)
Exercise ratio: 100:89
Shareholder who owns 100 shares will have right to buy 89 shares. The number of shares is rounded in tens. The remaining shares after being rounded will be offered to Vietnam National Cement Industry Corporation at the price of VND19,000/share.
For example: On the record date, shareholder who owns 120 shares can buy 120/100*89 = 106.8 shares. Thus, he actually buys 100 shares.
The remaining shares which shareholders refuse to exercise right will be offered to Vietnam National Cement Industry Corporation at the price of VND19,000/share.
The right is transferable only once and not done again to the third party.
The shares offered to existing shareholders are not limited to transfer (including members of BOD, Board of Director General, Supervisory Board and Chief Accountant)
Issuing price to existing shareholders: VND19,000/share
Transference period: from November 16th 2007 to December 11th 2007
Time for registering and depositing money to purchase shares: from November 16th 2007 to December 13th 2007
Estimated trading date: January 14th 2008
Bank for blocking depository money: 310.10.00.0006955 at Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), HCM Branch.
Estimated volume issued to existing shareholders: 4,272,000 shares
