- December 24, 2001: Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company was established by 10 State-owned enterprises under Vietnam Rubber Corporation, including Vietnam Rubber Corporation, Dong Nai Rubber Company, Binh Long Rubber Company, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Company, Phu Rieng Rubber Company, Dau Tieng Rubber Company, Ba Ria Rubber Company, Rubber Finance Company, Rubber Industry & Import -  Export Joint Stock Company, and Rubber Goods Service and Logistics Company) under the business registration certificate No.4603000035 issued for the first time by Binh Duong Department of Planning and Investment;

- April 2005: Sold 49% of the shares owned by the founding shareholders for other investors;

- January 2006: Charter capital was increased to VND84 billion;

- July 23, 2007: Listed on Hochiminh Securities Trading Center;

- October 22, 2007: Charter capital was increased to VND104 billion;

- September 30, 2014: 08 founding shareholder transferred their entire shares to Binh Long Rubber Company;
