- 20 March 2001: Hanoi Food State-owned Enterprise under Vietnam Northern Food Corporation was established with a charter capital of VND17.79 billion under the Decision No.27/2001/QD/BNN-TCCB issued by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

- 09 December 2004: Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued the Decision No.4435/QD/BNN-TCCB on equitizing and transforming Hanoi Food State-owned Enterprise into Hanoi Food Import - Export Joint Stock Company;

- 30 March 2005: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND30 billion under the business registration certificate No.0103007225 issued for the first time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 03 February 2007: Became a public company;

- 29 December 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
