- June 26, 1993: Renamed as Hanoi Industrial and Civil Works Enterprise under Domestic Coal Company;

- February 23, 2000: Ministry of Industry issued the Decision No.08/2000/QD-BCN on approval of equitising and transforming Hanoi Industrial and Civil Works Enterprise into Dong Anh Construction Joint Stock Company;

- April 04, 2000: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of VND1.8 billion under a name as Dong Anh Construction Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No.0101023733 issued for the first time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- August 26, 2003: Increased the charter capital to VND2.5 billion;

- March 26, 2005: Renamed as Domestic Coal Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company 

- March 30, 2009: Renamed as VVMI - Investment And Construction Joint Stock Company under Viet Bac-TKV Mining Industry One-Member Limited Liability Company (Now  Vinacomin - Viet Bac Mining Industry Holding Corporation);

- April 26, 2013: Increased the charter capital to VND6 billion;

- April 08, 2015: Increased the charter capital to VND9.9 billion;

- March 22, 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND10,197,000,000;

- May 08, 2020: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- October 11, 2021: Renamed as Dong Anh Investment And Contruction Development Joint Stock Company
