- 17 December 2003: Transformed into a public service State-owned enterprise - Lai Chau Water Supply Construction Company under the Decision No. 2330/QD-UB issued by Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee;

- 31 January 2004: Renamed as Dien Bien Water Supply Construction Company under the Decision No.93/QD-UB issued by Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee;

- 02 April 2009: Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No. 466/QD-UBND on approving the plan of transforming a public service enterprise - Dien Bien Water Supply Construction Company into Dien Bien Water Supply Construction One-Member Limited Company;

- 24 June 2009: Put into operation under the model of One-member Limited company;

- 06 May 2015: Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No. 341/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Dien Bien Water Supply Construction One-Member Limited Company into Dien Bien Water Supply Joint Stock Company;

- 25 August 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with an offered quantity of 13,134,588 shares and average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;

- 11 January 2016: Put into operation under the model of joint stock company;

- 21 November 2016: Became a public company;

- 09 January 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
