- August 18, 2017: Transformed into Phuoc An Coffee Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND136,279,900,000 under the business registration certificate No.6000183273 amended for the 13th time by Dak Lak Department of Planning and Investment;

- October 16, 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.6913/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- December 30, 2019: Traded on the UPCOM market; 

- June 02, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND236.279.900.000.
