- 25 March 1998: Renamed as 236 Road Managment and Repair Company under the Decision No.473/1998/QD/TCCB-LD issued by Ministry of Transport;

- 21 November 2005: Ministry of Transport issued the Decision No.4413/QD-BGTVT on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming 236 Road Managment and Repair Company into 236 Traffic Project Contruction and Management Joint Stock Company;

- 29 September 2006: Put into operation under the model of  a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND11,235,000,000;

- 31 May 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
