- 16 March 2001: Binh Phuoc Water Supply And Sewerage Company was established under the Decision No.18/2001/QD-UBND issued by Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee; 

- 24 December 2008: Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2851/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Binh Phuoc Water Supply And Sewerage Company into Binh Phuoc Water Supply And Sewerage Limited Company;

- 27 June 2014: Dong Xoai Water Supply And Sewerage Expansion Project was commenced with a total capacity of 20,000m3 per day and night at total investment of 323 billion VND funded by World Bank Loan;

- 03 February 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;

- 01 April 2017: Transformed into Binh Phuoc Water Supply And Sewerage Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND107.72 billion under the business registration certificate No.3800228182 amended for the seventh time by Binh Phuoc Department of Planning and Investment;

- 20 December 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;

- 15 January 2019: Charter capital was increased to VND132,038,580,000;
