- 08 December 2009: Transformed into 715 Road Management and Repair One-Member Limited Company;

- 05 December 2014: Conducted the initial public offering (IPO) with an average price of VND10,000 per share;

- 28 January 2015: Transformed into 715 Road Management and Repair Joint Stock Company;

- 15 July 2015: Became a public company in accordance with the document No.4464/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 27 January 2016: Granted with the Stock Registration Certificate No.08/2016/GCNCP-VSD by Vietnam Securities Depository with 2,750,000 shares;

- 06 April 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;
