- 01 February 2010: Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.295/QD-UBND on the establishment of Phan Thiet Urban Works One-Member Limited Company;

- 27 November 2012: Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2377/QD-UBCD on equitization of Phan Thiet Urban Works One-Member Limited Company and Binh Thuan Transport Works One-member Limited Company;

- 12 June 2015: Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1491/QD-UBND on approving the corporate value for equitization of Phan Thiet Urban Works One-Member Limited Company;

- 04 November 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with a successfully offered quantity of 470,422 shares and average winning bid of VND10,003 per share;

- 29 April 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND27,532,800,000 under the business registration certificate No.3400861721 amended for the first time by Binh Thuan Department of Planning and Investment;

- 26 September 2016: Became a public company;  

- 14 June 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
