- On 09/27/2001: Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Limited Company was established with the charter capital of VND 6 billion.
- In 2003: The Company became a device distributor for some world famous brands such as Nemoto, ELK, kinky Roentgen.
- In 2004 - 2005: Toray Medical Group chose the Company as the artificial kidney equipment distributor in Vietnam.
- In 2006: The Company opened a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City.
- In May, 2007: The Company successfully researched and launch the first mobile vehicle for health service in Vietnam.
- In July, 2007: The Company signed a distribution agreement with Carestream Kodax, becoming a distributor of digital X-ray DR / CR, printers and associated supplies.

- 2011: Increased the charter capital from VND224 billion to VND322 billion.
- 2012: Increased the charter capital to VND354 billion,
