- 19 December 1974: Coal Distribution and Management Corporation was established under the Decision No.1878/QD-TCCB issued by Ministry of Electricity and Coal; - 1988: Renamed as Vietnam Coal Trading and Processing Company; - 01 April 1995: Northern Coal Trading and Processing Company was established through restructuring Vietnam Coal Trading and Processing Company under the Decision No.140NL/TCCB-LD issued by Ministry of Energy; - 17 September 2003: Vietnam Government issued the Decision No.194/2003/QD-TTg on transforming Northern Coal Trading and Processing Company into Northern Coal Trading and Processing One-Member Limited Company; - 28 December 2005: Ministry of Industry issued the Decision No.4234/QD-BCN on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming into Northern Coal Trading and Processing One-Member Limited Company into TKV - Northern Coal Trading Joint Stock Company; - 02 January 2007: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND25 billion under the business registration certificate No.0103015276 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment; - 2009: Renamed as Vinacomin - Northern Coal Trading Joint Stock Company; - 24 September 2012: Charter capital was raised up to VND50 billion; - 12 July 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND100 billion; - 29 December 2016: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX); - 16 January 2017: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX); - August 30, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND150 billion; |
