- July 4, 2007: The company changed its name to the Company into Lilama - Electromechanics Testing Joint Stock Company and increased its charter capital to VND 13.5 billion.

- October 11, 2010: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX)

- November 15, 2010: Officially traded on HNX.

- January 4, 2013: Increased charter capital to VND 15 billion.
