- 18 February 2008: Hoang Phuc Mineral Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of VND 8 billion;

- 24 June 2008: Granted with the mining license in Lung Hoa iron ore mine by Lang Son Provincial People's Committee with a mining period of 5 years from June 2008 to June 2013;

- 20 March 2009: Lang Son Provincial People's Committee  allows HPM to mine limestone for building material until June 2013 in Lung Hoa mine, Hoang Viet commune, Van Lang district, Lang Son province in accordance with the official document No. 210/UBND-KTN;

- 11 May 2015: Lang Son Provincial People's Committee agreed HPM to temporarily mine building stone in Lung Hoa quarry, Hoang Viet commune, Van Lang district, Lang Son province to provide building material for connection between Na Sam - Na Hinh road and border patrol path in accordance with the official document No.115/TB-UBND;

- 14 July 2015: Charter capital was raised from VND 8 billion up to VND38 billion;

- 28 September 2015: The State Securities Commission of Vietnam agreed HPM to become a public company in accordance with the official document No. 6128/UBCK-QLPH;

- 21 September 2015: Ministry of Planning and Investment agreed HPM to make overseas investment in accordance with the certificate of oversea investment No.201500031 for Hoang Phuc Indonesia Mineral Trading and Construction Project with a total investment of VND 15 billion;

- 26 October 2015: Lang Son Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1933/QD-UBND on approving the investment plan in Lime stone mining project in Lung Cung mine, Hoang Viet commune, Van Lang district, Lang Son province with  the investment duration of 30 years;
