Germany AG to produce light truck tyres; - 2006: Transformed into The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND90 billion; - November 2006: Charter capital was raised to VND120 billion; - 2007: Ranked 59/75 among the top tire manufacturers worldwide. Awarded with prestigious exporter certificate. Charter capital was raised to VND150 billion in July 2007. - 2008: Signed joint-venture contract with Philips Carbon Black.Ltd to set up black carbon production line; - 2009: Technology transfer contract was signed with Qingdao Gaoce (China).
