KHD: Decision on trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 328/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the trading restriction of KHD stock as follows:
- Ground for trading restriction: Audited Annual Financial Statement of 2023; Dispatch No. 08/VB-KHD dated 29/3/2024 of Hai Duong Mineral Eineal Processing Joint Stock Company on Confirmation of cessation of production and business activities
- Reason: The company stops or has been stopped its main production and business activities for 01 year or more
- Effective date: 09/4/2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point dd Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction, Hai Duong Mineral Eineal Processing Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On April 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of Hai Duong Mineral Eineal Processing Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KHD) as follows: KHD shares are under trading restriction due to the reason(s) that the company stops or has been stopped its main production and business activities for 01 year or more as prescribed at point(s) dd Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
