NSG: Notice of stock status

On December 18, 2023, HNX announces the status of Saigon Plastic Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: NSG) as follows: NSG shares are under continued trading restriction according to Decision No.1319/QD-SGDHN dated December 18, 2023 because the company had negative owner equity in Financial statement 2022, the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law,  the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statement 2022 as prescribed in Points a, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
