VSI: Resolution on the AGM 2023

On May 26, 2023, Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved the business, production, investment and development results in 2022:

• Consolidated revenue:                    336.741 billion dongs
• Consolidated profit before tax:      30.705 billion dongs
• Dividend:                                       20%

2)      The AGM approved the business, production, investment and development plan in 2023:

• Total consolidated revenue:           326.514 billion dongs
• Consolidated profit before tax:      26.173 billion dongs
• Dividend:                                       15%

3)      The AGM approved the report of the BOD activities, the BOD’s evaluation of the Supervisory Board and independent members of the BOD in 2022 and plan for 2023.

4)      The AGM approved the report of the Supervisory Board activities in 2022.

5)      The AGM approved the financial statement in 2022 audited by Southern Auditing And Accounting Financial Consulting Services Company Limited.

6)      The AGM approved the plan of profit allocation in 2022:

7)      The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023.

8)      The AGM approved the regulation of the election of the BOD and Supervisory Board for the term IV (2023-2028).

9)      The AGM approved the nomination and election list of the BOD and Supervisory Board for the term IV (2023-2028)

11)  The AGM approved the Chairman, Vice Chairman of the BOD and Supervisory Board for the term IV (2023-2028) and the appointment of General Director as follows:

2. Mr. Vu Doan Chung – Vice Chairman of the BOD
3. Ms. Bui Khanh Linh – Head of the Supervisory Board
