STG: Receiving the dossier of public tender offer

On June 20, 2023, South Logistics Joint Stock Company received the dossier of registration for public tender offer of PSA Cargo Solutions Vietnam Investment Pte. Ltd in order to increase the ownership ratio of STG from 24.9% up to 30.0%. Details are as follows:

-          Number, ownership percentage of shares held before the transaction: 24,465,086 shares, equivalent to 24.9% charter capital of Sotrans

-          Number of shares registered to purchase: 5,010,921 shares, equivalent to 5.1% charter capital
