On June 16, 2023, the Board of Directors of Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company approved to contents as follows:

1. Approving the termination of operation of the Supervisory Board
2. Approving the resignation of members of the Supervisory Board and Head of the Supervisory Board.
3. Approving to set up the Audit Committee.
4. Approving the appointment of Mr. Dang Van Vu Duy and Mr. Thieu Le Binh as members of the Audit Committee.
