GIL: Resolution on the AGM 2023

On April 28, 2023, Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved the reports of Annual Report in 2022.

2)      The AGM approved the profit allocation in 2022:

1. Consolidated profit after tax:         361,759,037,132 dongs
2. Undistributed profit after tax:        1,091,237,194,050 dongs
3. Dividend (15%):                             105,000,000,000 dongs
4. Remaining profit after tax:             986,237,194,050 dongs

3)      The AGM approved the business plan and dividend payment in 2023:

1. Revenue:    1,500,000,000,000 dongs
2. Consolidated profit after tax: 103,500,000,000 dongs
3. Dividend:   5%-10%

4)      The AGM approved the investment budget in 2023

1. For business and production activities: 800-1,000 billion dongs
2. For working capital loan: 1,500 billion dongs.

5)      The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD in 2023.

6)      The AGM approved the selection list of audit unit to conduct the audit of financial statement in 2023.

7)      The AGM approved the regulation adjustment of ESOP.

8)      The AGM approved the election of members of the BOD for the term 2023 – 2028:

3. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh
4. Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong
5. Mr. Tran Thanh Tung.
