4)      Expected issue volume: 2,000,099 shares

5)      Total issue value: VND20,000,990,000

6)      Issue ratio: 0.5%

7)      Regulation on transfer: 100% of issue volume will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.

8)      Selling price: VND12,000/share

9)      Selling date: quarter II/2023 or quarter III/2023.
