TVB: Overcome the status of securities being put under warning
On May 05, 2023, Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company announced the measures to overcome the status of securities being put under warning. Accordingly, due to the change of the company’s legal representative (Ms. Tran Thi Rong to replace Mr. Pham Thanh Tung), the financial statement has been not finished. The company will strive to complete the procedure for changing the legal representative soon and disclose the audited financial statement 2022 as soon as possible.
