-          Number of shares issued: 18,521,954 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 18,521,954 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 18,521,954 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): 185,219,540,000 dongs

-          Exercise ratio: 01:01 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to receive 01 new share)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: due to the exercise ratio 1:1, so there are no fractional shares.
