HBC: Overcome the status of controlled securities

On April 28, 2023, Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company announced the measures and schedule to overcome the status of controlled securities. Accordingly, the company has been striving to corporate with the audit firm to conduct and disclose the financial statement at the earliest but no later than May 30, 2023. Moreover, in 2024, the company will strictly follow the regulation and disclose the financial statement in 2023 punctually.
