DTA: BOD resolution dated May 08, 2023

The Board resolution dated May 08, 2023, the BOD of De Tam Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the reappointment of Mr. Tran Duc Loi as Chairman of BOD for the term 2023-2028.

2)      Approving to implement the Resolutions of General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 26, 2023:

-          To select Moore AISC Auditing and Informatics Service Company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.

-          To distribute the profit in 2023 (including to implement the stock dividend payment).

-          To pay remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2023.

-          To borrow capital at bank to implement the Detaco Phu Quoc villa project.

-          To adjust its business lines.

3)      Approving the reappointment of Mrs. Tran Thi Quynh Trang as Person in charge of Corporate Governance.
