According to the consolidated financial statements, the profit after tax in quarter 1/2023 increased by 7,198 billion dongs, equivalent to the increase of 152% compared to the same period of 2022 because of the following causes:
- Gross profit from sales and services increased by 2,777 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the increase in the gross profit from real estate transfer.
- The financial income increased by 7,066 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the increase in the income from the transfer of shares.
- Corporate income tax expense increased by 1,990 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the increase in taxable profit.
According to the separate financial statements, the profit after tax in quarter 1/2023 increased by 11,530 billion dongs, equivalent to the increase of 2.178% compared to the same period of 2022 because of the following causes:
- Gross profit from sales and services increased by 5,595 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the increase in the gross profit from real estate transfer.
- Other incomes increased by 8,781 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the increase in the income from the capital contribution.
- Corporate income tax expense increased by 2,721 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to the increase in taxable profit. HOSE
