SJF: Postponement of the time to hold AGM 2023

The Board resolution dated April 24, 2031, the BOD of Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company approved the postponement of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows:

-          Time: May 29, 2023 (instead of April 27, 2023)

-          Venue: Simco Song Da Building, Van Phuc new urban area, Van Phuc ward, Ha Dong district, Ha Noi.

-          Record date: March 27, 2023.

Reason for change: due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.
