On April 24, 2023, ICAPITAL Investment Joint Stock company announced the solution to overcome the status of securities being put under warning with details as follows:

1)      Effectively supervise the activities of subsidiary and associated companies; update the current business situation to evaluate and decide the investment to guarantee the company and shareholders’ benefits.

2)      Research the feasible opportunities to invest for high profit.

3)      Plan of profit after tax of the holding company in 2023: 11.78 billion dongs.
