MCG: MCG shares likely to be delisted

On April 06, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued a document announcing the possibility of delisting for the shares of MCG Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company (HOSE: MCG) because the profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders in 2020 was -9.33 billion dongs and 2021 was -36.78 billion dongs according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2020 and 2021, this is the case of securities being supervised under the Listing Regulations on the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Beside, the business results in 2022 continued to be negative.
