IDI: Resolution on the AGM 2023

On April 15, 2023, I.D.I International Development and Investment Corporation announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved the report of the Board of Directors.

2)      The AGM approved the business result in 2022 and business plan in 2023.

3)      The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2022.

4)      The AGM approved the plan for profit distribution and dividend payment in 2022.

5)      The AGM approved the dividend payment plan in 2023.

6)      The AGM approved the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.

7)      The AGM approved the remuneration payment of the BOD in 2022 and plan for 2023.

8)      The AGM approved the loan at credit institutions.

9)      The AGM approved the resignation of member of the BOD for the term 2019-2024.

10)  The AGM approved the additional election of member of the BOD for the term 2019-2024.

11)  The AGM approved the operating regulation of the Supervisory Board.

12)  The AGM approved the internal regulation on Corporate Governance.

13)  The AGM approved the amendment of the Company’s charter.

14)  The AGM approved the transaction with related parties.
