On April 03, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued a document announcing the possibility of delisting for the shares of HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HU3) because the auditor expressed an unqualified opinion on the audited financial statements in 2020, 2021 and 2022 of the Company.
