4)      Total issued volume: 76,765,032 shares

5)      Outstanding volume: 76,756,321 shares

6)      Treasury volume: 8,711 shares

7)      Expected issue volume: 767,563 shares

8)      Total issue value: VND7,675,630,000

9)      Issue ratio: 100:1

10)  Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax. 

11)  Implement date: in quarter 2/2023

12)  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
