HHV: Approving agreements with related parties

The Board resolution dated April 25, 2023, the BOF of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved to sign agreements with Deo ca Construction Joint Stock Company, ICV Vietnam Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company to implement the Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon expressway project. Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 35% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
