FMC: Resolution on the AGM 2023

On April 07, 2023, Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2022.

2)      The AGM approved the 2020 profit allocation and cash dividend payment in 2022 with 20%/share (2,000 dongs/share).

3)      The AGM approved the business plan in 2023:

-          Consolidated revenue: 5,900 billion dongs

-          Consolidated profit before tax: 400 billion dongs

-          Separate profit before tax: 370 billion dongs

-          Cash dividend payment: minimum 20% (2,000 dongs/share)

4)      The AGM approved the remuneration of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2023: 01 billion dongs.

5)      The AGM approved the plan for bonus to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2023.

6)      The AGM approved the selection of one of four audit firms for the financial statements in 2023:

-          Ernst & Young Viet Nam Company Limited;

-          KPMG Auditing Company Limited;

-          Deloitte Auditing Company Limited;

-          PwC Auditing Company Limited.
