a)      Approved the reports on the BOD activities and plan for 2023.

c)      Approved the audited separate and consolidated financial statement in 2022.

d)      Approved the capital usage from the public offering with the share amount of 55,840,000 shares.

e)      Approved the capital usage from the private placement of bonds in 2021.

f)       Proposal of the BOD in 2023.

g)      Proposal of the Supervisory Board in 2023 to select the auditor the financial statement in 2023.

h)      Proposal of the resignation and additional election for members of the BOD.
