The Board resolution dated March 24, 2023, the BOD of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the adjustment of the business plan in 2023:

-          Revenue: 5,500 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: 110 billion dongs

2. Approved to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023:

• Proposal to approve the financial statements and consolidated financial statements in 2022

• Proposal to approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements;
