The Board resolution dated March 08, 2023, the BOD of Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company approved the plan to implement the public tender offer for shares of Dong Anh Electrical Equipment Corporation – Joint Stock Company (TBD) with details as follows:

-          Relationship between THI and TBD: THI is a major shareholder of TBD

-          Number of TBD shares owned by Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company and related persons before trading: 8,088,137 shares (equivalent to 24.95% of total outstanding shares of TBD)

-          Number of TBD shares owned by Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company before trading: 8,088,137 shares (equivalent to 24.95% of total outstanding shares of TBD)

-          Number of shares expected to be bought: 7,472,691 shares (equivalent to 23.05% of total outstanding shares of TBD)

-          Number of TBD shares owned by Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company and related persons after trading: 15,560,828 shares (equivalent to 48.00% of total outstanding shares of TBD)

-          Purchase price: 83,000 dongs/share
