LAF: BOD resolution dated March 24, 2023

  The Board resolution dated March 24, 2023, the Board of Directors of Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approved the business result in 2022:

-          Net sales: 509.8 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax: 32.6 billion dongs.

2)      Approved the business plan in 2023:

-          Net sales: 515 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax: 35 billion dongs.

3)      Approved the contents of Annual General Meeting 2023:

-          Report of the BOD;

-          Report of the Supervisory Board;

-          Proposal to approve the 2022 profit allocation and profit distribution plan in 2023;

-          Proposal to approve the audited financial statements in 2022;

-          Proposal to approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements;

-          Approving the cancelation to pay dividend 20% in cash for the fiscal year 2021;

-          Approving the cancellation of the share issuance to existing shareholders and the share issuance under ESOP to raise its charter capital.

-          Other issues.
