On March 16, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.546/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: March 28, 2023

-          Record date: March 29, 2023

-          Reason and purpose: to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 and to pay cash dividend for 2021

a)      To hold the Annual General Meeting 2023:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Time: Notice later

-          Venue: expected at floor 5, HUD3 tower, 121 – 123 To Hieu, Nguyen Trai ward, Ha Dong district, Ha Noi.

b)      To pay cash dividend for 2021:

-          Exercise ratio: 3%/par value (300 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: April 13, 2023

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
