-   Record date: March 30, 2023

1)      Reason & purpose:

-   To hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2022

-   To pay the 2nd cash dividend in 2021.

2)      Contents:

-   To hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2022:

• Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
• Time: expected form April 24, 2023 to April 27, 2023
• Venue: HACISCO Joint Stock Company, 51 Vu Trong Phung, Thanh Xuan Trung ward, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi city.

-   To pay the 2nd cash dividend in 2021:

• Exercise ratio: 1,5%/par value (150 dong/share)
• Payment time: April 10, 2023.
• Place of implementation:

            + For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account.

            + For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at HACISCO Joint Stock Company head office on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card and Share ownership certificate when receiving dividend at the Head office.
