DGC: Buying shares of TSB

The Board resolution dated March 14, 2023, the Board of Directors of Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company approved the purchase of shares of Tia Sang Battery Joint Stock Company from Mrs. Bui Thi Ha Thu (is related person to Mr. Dao Huu Duy Anh – member of the BOD cum Chief Executive Officer of DGC). Details are as follows:

-          Estimated purchase volume: 3,096,257 shares, equivalent to 45.9%
