On  February 27, 2023, the Board of Directors of BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the plan for share issuance to increase capital from the owner’s equity with details as follows:

-          Charter capital: 156,254,770,000 VND

-          Number of shares issued: 15,625,477 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 15,625,477 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Expected issue volume: 700,000 shares

-          Total value of issuance (estimated): VND 7,000,000,000

-          Issue rate: 4.48%

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending of the issuance.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q1/ 2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
