DBD: BOD resolution on holding AGM 2023 and dividend payment

The Board resolution dated February 28, 2023, the BOD of Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (DBD) approved the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 and pay the cash dividend for 2022 as follows:

• Record date: March 23, 2023
• Contents:

1)      To hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting time: in April, 2023.

-          Meeting venue: DBD hall, 498 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province.

2)      To pay the first cash dividend for 2022:

-          Exercise ratio: 20%/par value (2,000 VND/share)

-          Payment date: April 10, 2023.
