On March 02, 2023, HOSE announces the record date for the 2023 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment of Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company:

1)      Ex-right date:              March 14, 2023

2)      Record date:                March 15, 2023

 The payment for the first phase of 2022 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

Payment date:                          March 24, 2023

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company as from March 24, 2023.
