a. To hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:
- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
- Meeting time: April 19, 2023
- Meeting venue: Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company, Bau Tre 2, Tan An Hoi commune, Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh city (D3 street, Tay Ba Cu Chi Industrial Zone).
