AMD: Explanation of recovery plan

On February 03, 2023, FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company proposed the recovery plan for the shares under trading restriction status as follows:

-        On February 02, 2023, the company signed an audit contract with UHY Auditing and Consulting Company Limited.

-        FLC will promptly complete and disclose the 2022 semi-annual reviewed financial statements.
