KBC: Receiving the transfer of shares

On December 29, 2022, the BOD of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation approved to receive the transfer of shares of Hung Yen Investment and Development Corporation from Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technology Corporation to raise the ownership ratio of KBC at Hung Yen Investment and Development Corporation. Derails are as follows:

-          Owning volume before the purchase: 108,000,000 shares, equivalent to 60% charter capital

-          Purchase volume: 45,000,000 shares, equivalent to 25% charter capital

-          Owning volume after the purchase: 153,000,000 shares, equivalent to 85% charter capital.
