On October 28, 2022, FLC Group Joint Stock Company received the decision by the Taxation Department of Kon Tum city regarding the enforcement of administrative decision on tax administration by deducting money from FLC's account at BIDV - Thanh Xuan branch, specifically:

-          Amount: 53,877,867 dongs

-          Reason: tax arrears more than 90 days from the end of the payment deadline

-          Effective from October 21, 2022 to November 20, 2022.
