KDH: Dissolution of subsidiary

The Board resolution dated September 09, 2022, the BOD of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company approved Saphire Real Estate Trading Investment Company Limited (KDH owned 99.9% charter capital) to agree the dissolution of Nam Thong Real Estate Development Company Limited (Saphire Real Estate Trading Investment Company Limited owned 99.9% charter capital).
